• Stephen Beltran, Managing Director, Head of Property Acquisitions – TVO North America

Mr. Beltran is TVO North America’s Head of Property Acquisitions and is responsible for coordinating the company’s property acquisition efforts. These responsibilities include market assessment, property identification, purchase contract negotiation as well as due diligence coordination, financial review, and overseeing the closing process. Additionally, Mr. Beltran manages the company’s efforts in establishing partnerships with its institutional partners. Mr. Beltran, who joined the TVO Groupe in 1991, is a graduate of Texas Christian University (“TCU”) where he earned his B.S. Degree in Economics and Political Science and is a member of several national and regional professional & civic organizations including the National Multi-Housing Council. Mr. Beltran is headquartered in El Paso.
