Executive Bios

• Russell A. Vandenburg, Co-CEO – TVO Groupe and President & CEO – TVO North America

Mr. Vandenburg is co-founder of TVO Groupe and its affiliates. As President and CEO of TVO North America, Mr. Vandenburg oversees all administrative aspects of the company, including long-range planning, budgeting, personnel and operations. With over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the industry, he has successfully positioned the company through the development of a strong property and facility management platform; the development of a construction services group to manage all renovation projects; and oversees a development team for all new development activities of TVO North America.

Mr. Vandenburg completed his undergraduate education at the University of Texas at El Paso (“UTEP”) where he played intercollegiate football and currently holds a seat on the University’s Development Board and serves as Chairman of UTEP's Leadership Council . He is also active in numerous civic and charitable organizations in the city of El Paso. He is a member of several national and regional professional organizations, including the Board of Directors of the National Multi-Housing Council (“NMHC”) and is active in the National Apartment Association. Mr. Vandenburg resides in El Paso with his wife, children and numerous grandchildren.
