Executive Bios

Lou Pereira Chief Financial Officer - TVO Capital Management Managing Director - TVO International

Luigi (“Lou”) Pereira is the Chief Financial Officer for TVO Capital Management (“TVO Capital”) and the Managing Director of TVO International. His responsibilities include all financial control and treasury matters for TVO Capital as well as overseeing and supporting TVO International’s platform (TVO Europe Property Services) in Central & Eastern Europe (“CEE”) and both sourcing & reviewing all M&A and strategic development opportunities and building client relationships. Prior to joining TVO Capital in 2010, Lou was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) for 27 years and most recently located in Dallas, Texas, where he was Tax Leader – North Texas Private Client Practice and handled the TVO and Vandenburg family business for 30 years. Prior to transferring to Dallas in 1998 at the time of PwC’s merger with Coopers & Lybrand, Lou worked in the El Paso office of Coopers & Lybrand. Lou started his taxation career at KPMG in1976. He has taught at PwC-sponsored educational seminars and served as member of PwC committees such as the Partner Human Resources Advisory Council, the New Partner Admission Committee and the Directors Admission Committee. He was also partner in charge of the El Paso office of Coopers & Lybrand and was in charge of the tax practice for the Dallas Private Company Services Group. Lou holds a B.B.A. Degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is headquartered in Chicago and Prague.
