Regional Vice President, Property Operations - TVO Management Services

Laura Sanchez has been a resident of El Paso, TX for over sixteen years. Her career in the industry started approximately 11 years ago with TVO North America. She currently retains her NALP and CAM designation from the National Apartment Association. Ms. Sanchez is familiar with several different markets including but not limited to the West & Central Region, which includes El Paso, Odessa, Amarillo, Arlington, Waco, and Houston. Ms. Sanchez responsibilities include over-site of day-to-day operations and maximizing financial performance. Ms. Sanchez primary focus has been with “A”, “B” and “C” class assets as well as condo conversions. Results are achieved by facilitating and directing the needs of on-site management as well as leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Aside from directly overseeing her own portfolio, she also oversees a total of 5 Regional Managers assisting in all aspects pertaining to property performance, capital improvements, reporting, revenue management and insuring we as a team are meeting all of our partners and investors expectations.
Ms. Sanchez phenomenal work ethic and dedication have resulted in significant growth in net operating income as well as decreased variable expenses year over year.
