Executive Bios

• Kevin Stasiewicz, Managing Director, Head of Asset Management – TVO North America

Mr. Stasiewicz heads the asset management group and its reporting responsibilities for TVO-owned and fee-managed portfolio. His responsibilities include, but are not Iimited to, developing and implementing strategic business plans, management of the portfolio's capital transactions, monitoring financial performance and communication with TVO’s partners and institutional investors. Prior to joining TVO in 1995, Mr. Stasiewicz served as Vice President with The Balcor Company where he oversaw the asset and portfolio management of a 25,000-unit multifamily portfolio. Mr. Stasiewicz received his BA in Accounting from Lewis University and the designation of Certified Public Accountant from the Illinois CPA Society. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from DePaul University. Mr. Stasiewicz is headquartered in Chicago.
