Executive Bios

David L. Vandenburg Principal, Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer – TVO North America

Mr. Vandenburg is TVO North America’s Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for overseeing and working with the company’s property acquisition group and coordinating and evaluating market research. Since joining the TVO Groupe in 1991, he has been responsible for evaluating and approving the acquisition of over 30,000 apartment units and other income-producing properties as well as the disposition of approximately $850 million in real estate assets. He is also the president and a principal of TVO Realty Partners, a real estate investment company and a principal shareholder of the TVO Groupe. Mr. Vandenburg is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (“SMU”) where he earned his BBA Degree in Finance & Real Estate and is a member of several national and regional professional & civic organizations including the National Multi-Housing Council.
