Executive Bios

• Cheryal Zielman, Senior Director, Corporate Operations – TVO North America

Ms. Zeilman began her career in the commercial real estate industry in 1994 as a Treasury Analyst for Security Capital Group. During her tenure with Security Capital, her responsibilities grew to include treasury system support and project management. She first joined TVO North America in 2004 as consultant and later that year accepted a permanent position as Special Projects Manager; since then, she has worked to implement process improvements and value-add technology and efficiencies within all areas of the corporate structure. In 2006 she accepted the position of Senior Director of Corporate Operations and in this role is responsible for Information Technology, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and the various Accounting & Reporting Groups. Ms. Zeilman holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso (“UTEP”) and is headquartered in El Paso.
