Mr. Vandenburg began his career in the real estate industry in 1978. Over this period, he has made his mark in the industry as a principal, manager, investor, developer and innovator. As Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of TVO Groupe where he is an original founding partner, his primary responsibilities include planning, negotiating and structuring strategic alliances and partnerships with institutional partners as well as forging relationships in new ventures and business opportunities across the United States and Europe. He completed his undergraduate education and graduate studies at the University of New Mexico (“UNM”) and later served on the staffs of the University of New Mexico and the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Mr. Vandenburg is a native of Chicago and is a member of numerous national and regional civic and professional organizations, including the Board of Directors of the National Multi-Housing Council, the Blue Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute, and the Pension Real Estate Association. He is also a former member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, and the Real Estate Roundtable.
